Below are some\nexamples of the content pieces or campaigns that you may want to write-on in\nyour calendar:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><em>Blogs<\/em>&nbsp;[Stories around proprietary\/exceptionally exciting features,\n     data driven stories, listicle, and leader boards etc.]<\/li><li><em>Case\n     Studies<\/em><\/li><li><em>EBooks<\/em><\/li><li><em>Event\n     driven stories<\/em>&nbsp;[Stories around events in your industry,\n     stories around events like commemorative days, sporting events, festivals etc.]<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Getting start with creating a separate worksheet\nfor each campaign, be it blogs, case studies, eBooks and so on.<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2.Under each of these campaign worksheets, create the following columns:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Content      type, campaign name, content title, publish date, trigger date<\/strong>&nbsp;[this is a date you\u2019d want your content marketer to start      working on a particular content piece]&nbsp;<strong>days to prepare<\/strong>&nbsp;[this      is the time a content marketer and the design team would take to generate      content, create design and review the final content piece],&nbsp;<strong>approver, owner, calendar event created  and published date<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Please note that column\nname is used an indication purpose. You can add or reduce column name based on\nyour requirements. Moving on, create separate spreadsheet with similar format for\neach campaign and fill out the details in each column.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3.Automating reminders to each content owner and\nmapping these stories to your company calendar:<strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p align=\"justify\">If you think each content marketer remember the date &amp; time when\nthey need to publish the content, it seems quite unrealistic. As campaign\ngrows, it becomes difficult to manage all. Hence automating reminders and\nmapping these stories on your Google calendar is extremely necessary, for all\nstakeholders to be able to view it on a calendar, rather than having to open a\ngoogle spreadsheet each time [we all know how hard it gets to remember the name\nof each spreadsheet, so reduce the pain and map it to a company calendar].
